They are now using these skills to advance the reputation of the bank externally and have led cultural change internally, being role models for other women.

As a Male Champion of Change who realised that women were reluctant to put themselves forward to speak at events, it has been particularly pleasing to open clips every day and see the big increase in women writing stories, being quoted and speaking at events, joining the big conversations and having their voices heard.”
