














CEO, senior executive, entrepreneur, publisher and business journalist, Amanda Gome AM has been a leader in the Australian communications and media industry for over 25 years. She works at the forefront of corporate communications transformation, with deep expertise in social, digital and emerging AI-enabled communications.
Amanda works with CEOs, executives, managers and teams to build leadership visibility, strengthen communication capability and develop AI-ready strategies that build trust, engagement and influence with stakeholders, employees, communities and media.
She also runs the award-winning Notable Women program, which has trained thousands of professional women to build profile, confidence and influence through news media and professional social platforms.
Previously, Amanda was Head of Digital and Social Media at ANZ Bank, where she pioneered the bank’s social media strategy, established the ANZ newsroom and Content & Social Media Centre of Excellence and helped mobilise more than 55,000 employees to engage professionally online. She was also Associate Editor of Blue Notes, ANZ’s thought leadership publication.

Earlier in her career, Amanda founded and built leading Australian business and digital media brands including Smart Company, Startup Smart and Women’s Agenda, and held senior editorial roles with BRW and Smart Investor.
In 2024, Amanda was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for significant service to the media, business and women. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a member of Chief Executive Women and was an Adjunct Professor of Business at RMIT for 18 years.
Amanda is a sought-after speaker, facilitator and executive coach, known for guiding leaders through disruption, visibility and influence in a rapidly evolving AI and social media landscape. She is represented internationally by Saxton Speakers Bureau.
