The work includes:
Developing or clarifying the leader’s positioning and key messages
Refining their profile and presence, including LinkedIn and executive bios
Creating an activity plan for communications, media, and social content for the first days and weeks
Developing practical guidance on what to say in high-stakes conversations in a world that faces increasing fragmentation and polarisation
AI communications capability for leaders – risk and reward.
We provide hands-on coaching and support over 6-12 months to ensure the leadership narrative holds, influence grows and leaders communicate confidently in key moments. The work also addresses modern challenges like media scrutiny, social platforms, AI tools and complex stakeholder environments.
